Due to outstanding riding conditions here the Club Ride has been changed to stay local. We are meeting at Polimeni's in Bloomfield Saturday 9:00 am, departing by 10:00 am, and will head South towards Richmond. The ride will end at Cheap Charlies around 5:00 pm. Participants will likely split into a 50 mile and 100 mile groups depending on riders wishes. Wives and children are welcome.
Our trails are open! There are a few wind-blown fields that are thin & plowed fields that are rough. There are areas we are working to improve the signage. Please use caution.
The Bloomfield Village trail has been completed and is open please use it - and not the sidewalks.
Please keep the noise at a minimum when passing houses.

FLSC has a new Trail Coordinator this year, Samantha (Sam) McNinch. Please take the time to welcome her aboard. This is a very big job and any support you can give her will be greatly appreciated. Contact Sam (Sammimcninch@gmail.com or (585)703-9727) if you would like to help with trail work or with questions regarding our trail system.
All FLSC trails were GPS’d to make sure our trail mileage was accurate and submitted as required in our phase 1 and 2 application for trail funding, through NYSOPHP (New York State Parks and Recreation). All trail funding dollars comes from your NYS snowmobile registration and not NYS tax dollars. That is why we ask that you register in September or prior to December so money can be properly allocated to the clubs for this riding season. Otherwise, those registration dollars rolls into NYS general fund for the following year. Our trail dollars were down last year due to people registering their sleds after December or not at all.
FLSC needs those who are willing to help with trail signing. Trail signs are installed in the fall after the farmers have harvested their crops and removed in the spring prior to farmers tilling the fields. Please contact
Sam if you would like to help with this project.
FLSC is getting permission slips signed from landowners for the village trail. Hopefully this will eliminate sidewalk riding through the village. If you are interested in helping please contact Sam.
